Sears Design Group worked with the Owner and the development team as the concepts for the master plan for this marina and resort community were devised and assisted with the rezoning with the Town of Beaufort. Site and landscape design drawings were provided for the reuse of this historic Beaufort site. We continue to work with the Owner in additional phases of development.
